Whistleblowing

Suvic is firmly committed to operating in a transparent, open, and ethical manner. Our ethical whistleblowing channel provides a confidential platform for our employees, customers, and other stakeholders to report instances of misconduct that go against our core values or ethical principles. The channel also enables you to report any discoveries or suspicions of illegal, improper, or unethical behavior by companies or their partners. You don't need to possess concrete evidence to support your concerns. However, it is essential to refrain from knowingly submitting false reports to the service, as it may result in legal consequences.

The identity of the whistleblower will be treated with utmost confidentiality, respecting the level of anonymity chosen by the individual. Reports can be submitted in Finnish and English. This channel is implemented by an independent service provider.
