Suvic carries out infrastructure work for Puutikankangas in Sievi

8 wind turbines with a total height of 240 m and a total capacity of 44 MW will be built at the Sievi Puutikankangas wind farm.

Suvic will be responsible for the construction of the project’s infrastructure, which will include the wind farm road, hardstands, foundations and cabling. Suvic is also responsible for the design of these units. Construction of the wind farm infrastructure will begin in spring 2021 and will be completed mainly during 2021. The wind farm will be handed over to the turbine supplier in April 2022.

“We did the first project for OX2 in 2019, and it is great to be able to continue the well-started cooperation with Europe’s leading onshore wind operator in the third park,” commented CEO Juha Tikkakoski.
