Suvic has set up a whistleblowing channel 

Suvic is committed to acting in a transparent, open, and ethical manner. The new Whistleblowing Channel provides a confidential way for our employees, customers, and other stakeholders to report incidents of misconduct that may have occurred against our values or ethical principles. It also allows you to report findings and suspicions of illegal, improper, or unlawful conduct by the company or its partners. While it is not necessary for the reporter to have actual evidence to support their suspicions, knowingly submitting untruthful reports to the service is prohibited and may result in legal action. 

"With our permanent staff approaching the 50-strong Whistleblower Protection Directive threshold, we thought it best to introduce a confidential channel now. We have already informed our employees about the operation of the channel and the way in which any reports will be handled. My own view is that the reporting channel supports our existing organizational culture, which focuses on doing things right and addressing grievances quickly", Suvic's CEO Ville Vesanen says.

Suvic will treat the identity of the reporter confidentially, while respecting the level of anonymity chosen by the individual. The notification can be made in Finnish and English. The channel is implemented by the independent service provider vihjaa.fi. You can make a report here.
