Business idea
The cornerstones of our HSE policy are our occupational safety and environmental goals. Our operations are based on activities promoting working ability and sustainable development, new innovations and continuous improvement. Complying with currently valid legislation and regulations is a minimum requirement, and our goal is to exceed the requirements of laws and regulations.
Our HSE policy supports a safe, healthy and well managed working environment, and it requires all our employees to adopt the procedures of good HSE culture as well as to abide by the agreed rules and instructions in their daily work. Our policy challenges us to design sustainable solutions, innovations and services as part of sustainable development.

Our Code of Conduct manual contains all principles that we use to implement Suvic’s values every day. The company and its every employee are committed to comply with the principles and procedures described in this manual. We expect accountability from our cooperation partners, too. We monitor the implementation of our Code of Conduct as a part of our continuous improvement process. Together, we make Suvic’s Code of Conduct real. Accountability starts from us!

Reduced emissions as a goal
Although Suvic is a developer, continuous research and development are paramount to us. Our innovative anchoring system serves as an example of our pioneering R&D. Thanks to this system, structures can be firmly anchored onto rock, which significantly decreases the amount of concrete needed for the foundation and the need for heavy-duty vehicle transport on-site – a particularly efficient way to minimise CO2 emissions.
One of the goals of our end client is to boost development towards a carbon-neutral society. Suvic Oy’s anchoring system, as a part of the wind farm project, promotes that goal in an excellent manner.”

Suvic’s management system granted ISO certification
Suvic Oy meets the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards. The certification audit was carried out by one of the world’s leading certification bodies, DNV.
Quality management certificates granted by an accredited third party are proof for clients that the company’s processes meet the set requirements. It also means that the company systematically improves its operations, and it serves as a tool to improve quality within the organisation. Hence, Suvic does not consider management system as a tool to maintain a status quo, but first and foremost as a tool for managing change and continuous development.
The certification is a proof that the company does more than merely meets its statutory obligations. Suvic has a holistic approach to its responsibilities, and therefore all quality and EHS issues have been integrated into one system. For example, issues related to the environment and accountability were comprehensively covered with the auditor already during the preliminary audit.
